The Client

CG Schmidt was founded in 1920, when Dutch immigrant Charles Schmidt left his job at a brewery in Milwaukee to found Charles Schmidt & Sons Construction. Through four generations of family ownership, they have built a reputation for tackling some of the largest, most recognizable projects in Wisconsin.

We created an immersive website showcasing the extensive portfolio of CG Schmidt and various services they offer. There are many high-quality images and videos showcasing the vast range of projects they have completed. The design is fully responsive and will perform successfully on any device.

Problem

CG Schmidt has a large variety of projects in their portfolio, and it was important to organize them in a thoughtful way for clients to view. Easy navigation for visitors to find what they are looking for is crucial.

Solution

We created a logical site structure that organizes the portfolio by industry. Experience is included in the navigation bar and when hovered over a drop-down menu with industry types appears for the visitor to click on.
